Current openings
Senior Hairdresser — Nerang, Gold Coast
We are looking for a colour-confident Senior Hairdresser to join our team. Whether you prefer the stability of an employee role, the independence of chair rental, or a commission arrangement — we are open to what works best for you.
What we are looking for
- Confidence across colour: foiling, balayage and colour correction
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience
- Real pride in your work and a great client experience
- Saturday availability (our busiest day)
- An interest in organic and low-toxic hair care is a bonus
Arrangements available
- Employee (part-time or casual): flexible hours, weekday rate $35.15/hr, Saturday rate $35.51/hr
- Chair rental: $95 per day — includes rent, electricity, internet, towels, capes, tea and coffee, use of 2 chairs and 3 lockers. You bring your own clientele, insurance, EFTPOS, and manage your own tax and super.
- Commission: 40% to you, 60% to the salon, with full use of salon facilities, products and established clients.
