SHIPPING POLICY
We ship across Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $14 AUD flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
Express shipping: $18 AUD flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Express is quicker, and exact timing depends on where you are.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can vary with weather, public holidays, remote locations and carrier disruption.
Authority to Leave
Our standard service uses Authority to Leave, which means couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place if nobody is home.
We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier and later reported lost or stolen.
Tracking
Where tracking is provided by the carrier, we will email you the details once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking and want an update, contact us and we will chase it.
Delivery instructions
You can leave delivery notes at checkout. We cannot guarantee couriers will follow them exactly, and couriers do not call ahead or arrange delivery times.
