What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. You can easily reschedule through the booking app or by calling us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance for popular times. Check our online booking system for real-time availability.

Do you offer consultations?

Absolutely! You can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation through our online booking app.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards. Payment is required on the day of your appointment, and gift vouchers are also welcome.

Is parking available?

Yes! We have free parking available directly in front of the salon and additional street parking nearby. The salon is easily accessible with wheelchair access.

Are you an organic only salon?

All of our Salon products, hair colours and hair care are organic and do not contain harmful chemicals such as PPD, ammonia, resorcinol or formaldehyde.
